Quite The Pair

You know you choose the right home to buy when free furniture keeps popping on the curbs each trash day.  I got a wonderful wingback chair that I have yet slipcover.  And then a few weeks later some killer bar stools.  I used to look at people who shopped goodwill and took things from the trash like they had a third eye.  Now I’m that weirdo.  And I’m proud.  Because this weirdo turns these…

Into these…

I know the before pics don’t have the cushion's.  I was out of batteries for the camera for a few days and couldn’t wait to get started.  Just picture tan and mauve ugly 1990’s country plaid!  Faded and worn to the max.  I had some of the chandelier fabric left over from this project.  So I figured what better time to use it.
That chair sold in 48 hours.

I am pretty sure these bar stools are Pottery Barn too.  They started this line back in the 90’s before they had rush seats.  Looks pretty similar huh??

And these are mine… Total cost... $0 I had everything already.

OMG those are my stools! I had bought them at Lowes awhile back and they were green...then I saw them in the PB catalog and it inspired me to paint em black. Mine have wood seats though, I am LOVING the fabric you chose ! Excellent!
